Privacy Policy

Last updated September 30, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Mountain Pass Rare Earths, LLC (“MPRE,” “we”) collects through mprees.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

Messages you send us. The contact form asks for your name, your email address and a message. We use it to reply to you, and to decide whether to share reports, claim documentation or site access with you. Please do not put sensitive personal information, such as financial account numbers or government ID numbers, in the form.

Basic visit information. Like most websites, this site and its service providers record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site you came from. We use it to keep the site working and to understand how many people read it.

Where your information goes

  • Contact form. Form messages are emailed to the owners and are also saved in the website’s admin area, which only authorized site administrators can open.
  • Site hosting. The site is hosted by Pressable (an Automattic company), which keeps standard server logs.
  • Visit statistics. The site uses Jetpack Stats, provided by Automattic, to count visits and page views.
  • Fonts. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers and Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
  • Email. Our email is handled by Google Workspace.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers above, and when the law requires it.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or marketing cookies. The services listed above may use limited technical cookies or similar identifiers to work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still be readable.

Links and images

This site does not embed videos, social media feeds or interactive maps. The claim locator is a static image. If we link to another website, that website’s own privacy policy applies.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a record of who has asked for reports and documentation. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, use the contact form and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on it.

Children

This site is written for people in the mining and minerals industry and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
